Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. One app and up to 500 active devices, with every feature, at no cost and with no card required.
What counts as an active device?
A TV or device that loaded your app's config, registered, or checked in during the last 30 days. A viewer with the app on two TVs counts as two devices.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Paid plans never block new viewers. Devices above your plan's allowance are added to your next invoice per 1,000, and you can see the count in Settings at any time. On the Free plan, new devices stop registering at the limit, and config requests stop at the daily allowance until midnight UTC; apps keep running on the config they already have.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. You can change your card, download invoices or cancel any time from Settings › Plan & billing.
Are store fees included?
No. Each store charges its own developer fee (for example Google Play and Apple), paid to them directly. Tellyport does not take a cut of your app's revenue.
Do you offer discounts?
We run promo codes from time to time; you enter them at checkout. For non-profits, schools and large fleets, get in touch.
